Lee Cline graduated from Georgia State University in 1985 receiving a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a major in accounting. 

Lee began her career in public accounting after college graduation with Charles E. Smallwood, CPA, an accounting firm located in Norcross, GA.  Her experience with this firm was concentrated in the area of audit engagements for real estate limited partnerships in the metro Atlanta area.  In July 1999, Mrs. Cline joined the firm of Jones, McKnight & Edmonson, P. C.  Since July 1999, she has performed various audit, review and other accounting services for a wide range of clients. 

Ms. Cline has been a Certified Public Accountant since 1989 and holds an active certificate with the State of Georgia. 

Lee is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Georgia Society of Certified Public Accountants and the Gwinnett Chapter of the Georgia Society of Certified Public Accountants
