Chad received his Bachelor of Business Administration from the Goizueta Business School of Emory University in 2002 and his Master of Accounting and Financial Management from the Keller Graduate School of Management in 2010.  Prior to joining Beacon Financial Advisers, Chad worked on the Institutional Fixed Income sales desk for Lehman Brothers in their Atlanta office from January 2005 until September 2008 where the desk covered large, institutional fixed income buyers including money managers, insurance companies, and municipalities.  Chad joined Beacon Financial Advisers in 2010.

Chad, like all Beacon employees, prides himself on a strict adherence to the Fiduciary Standard and a high ethical standard.  To date, Chad has not and currently does not have any disciplinary or legal actions pending or taken against him, the firm, or its employees.  Neither Chad nor Beacon has been found liable in an arbitration claim nor has he or the firm been found liable in a civil, self-regulatory organization, or administrative proceeding.  Chad is not currently engaged in any other business-related activities that would create a conflict of interest nor does he receive additional compensation from outside, unrelated business activities.

Chad is President and Chief Compliance Officer of Beacon.  As such, he is not under the supervision of any other employee of Beacon; however, he adheres to the policies, procedures and standards established by the firm and followed by each of its employees.   

He serves with Norris Edmonson as co-members of the firm’s Investment Committee. 

Chad and his wife, Amanda, reside in Monroe, Georgia and have two children.  Chad enjoys the outdoors, home improvement projects, and golf.
